The John Paul Parish Youth Ministry (JPYM) focuses on providing the young adults
in the parish with an opportunity to grow together in faith and friendship.
JPYM also play a critical role in providing role models for the youth (teens) in
the parish. JPYM can be contacted via

JPYM has undergone many changes this year - from our logo to our new
posters & new look! We has big plans for the year 2009 and are already
linked with numerous other parish youth groups including the Catholic
Youth Ministry head office of Perth.

The Lenten Season JPYM's agenda:
** 9th of
March (Monday 7.30pm) - JPYM Holy Hour
Open to all parishioners. Holy Hour will increase qiet time with the
Lord and encourages you to listen to the Lord speaking to you.
Especially emphasized during this season of Lent!
** 13th of
March (Friday 7pm) - WYD Way of the Cross
All youths encouraged to attend as it would be very relatable towards
life struggles as it is told from a Youth Point of View! Bring your
friends along.
** 21st of
March (Saturday 6.30pm) - JPYM Youth Mass
Every 3rd Saturday of the month JPYM will be conducting the Vigil
masses. This mass is fully youth conducted from the lively music to the
proclaimers of the Words to the collectors. This is intended to
cultivate the spirit of a Youth mass and also to allow other Youths to
come to a Mass and really feel connected to the Lord in a relatable
way!
**22nd of
March (Sunday 11am) - Schoenstatt Shrine: Lenten Reflection
Yes! We are going back once again to the Shrine! This is encourage the
youths to take some time off
from their daily routine and go to reflect on Lent; and ponder over the
meaning of Easter. To assist us with this is the one and only Sr,
Lisette!!
** 4th of April (Saturday) - Easter Egg Hunt -
will be advised of close to the date!
